SYRAH-CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Lively rose color. Strong strawberry, cherry aromas and toffe notes prevail in the nose. Rich taste of red fruit balanced with elegant acidity. Enjoyable long aftertaste. Best served chilled at 10-12oC.

VINIFICATION :

Extraction duration of 4-5 hour at low temperatures which is then followed by the modern process of white wine in stainless steel tanks, with the alcoholic fermentation taking place in classified temperatures.

HARMONY :

Accompanies pizzas, pasta, fingerfood. Enjoy it and as an aperitif. Ideal temp : at 10-12oC
