From grapes of the Greek variety Assyrtiko and the French variety Sauvignon Blanc cultivated in vineyards in Nea Mesimvria, Thessaloniki.
Pre-fermentation extraction, controlled alcoholic fermentationby staying on its lees for a few months, gaining in structure and body.
Characteristics : Color bright glossy green with yellow shades. Bright bouquet of ripe fruits. Delicate mouth with refreshing acidity and balanced finish. Serving temperature at 8o C to 10o C and in a small glass of tulip shape for young white wines. Ideally accompanies starters and the first dishes of a meal. It blends harmoniously with white meats and fish cooked on the grill.
