KASTELI

Kastelis a new recipe of a semi hard cheese, ideal for grill. When cooked, it releases the aromas of oregano and its rich taste. It is produced at the foot of Mount Athos, from goat's and sheep's milk, that we collect from Chalkidiki in the traditional way of open pasteurization, keeping all its nutritional elements.
