HARD CHEESE MASTELO

It is produced from full fat pateurized cow milk. It is a skinless hard Greek cheese, which grows in strong brine, and its mass in solid and hard. Hard cheese Mastelo has hard texture, salty taste and is consumed as grated or table cheese. It is the Greek cheese which Chian people prefer to accompany their pasta with it. Combined with Anthotiro and scented with a touch of mint, it is used to cook cheese pies with great success.

Hard cheese Mastelo has 35% humidity, 34% fat and 6% salt percentage.
