GOAT CHEESE IN BRINE

Goat cheese in brine, made from 100% Greak goat milk gathered from selected producers, with only the addition of rennet, culture and salt. Matured fro a minimum of 60 days and kept in its natural brine to retain its rich taste and unique aroma.

Traditional, but also very fitting to modern health needs.
